OJSC "Poltava Automobile Unit Plant" seriously considers the needs and requirements of its customers, building strong business relationships based on mutual interests.
We understand that only the vehicle, equipped with a dependable brake system, will not become a deadly threat to people.
Therefore, within the Quality Management Certification Program, OJSC "Poltava Automobile Unit Plant" has been accredited in compliance with ISO-9001: 2000 quality management system standards and received certification from the following agencies: Bureau Veritas (BVQi), certificate ¹ 213700 of 10 December 2007 and UkrSEPRO, certificate ¹ UA 2.003.1180 of 18.06.2004. These certificates cover design, development, manufacture of pneumatic brake gear devices for vehicles and pneumoapparatus for manufacturing equipment, kitchen household appliances.
The administrative staff of OJSC "Poltava Automobile Unit Plant" ensures continuous monitoring and analysis of the quality management system for the purpose of maintaining its conformance, adequacy and efficiency.
Such analysis is performed in the following fields: - level of customer satisfaction;
- product quality level, based on product operation analysis during the warranty period;
- level of technological discipline in production departments;
- product quality ratings of our suppliers;
- effectiveness of the processes;
- progress monitoring in the field of quality assurance.
Performing analysis in the above-listed directions, our administrative staff evaluates the current activity of OJSC "Poltava Automobile Unit Plant" and corrects it as needed. Quality Management Certification allows our company to hold its market positions and win new ones.
